Modern Slavery & Ethical Conduct Statement
Tash Ferrell Coaching makes this statement voluntarily, reflecting our commitment to the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps we take to make sure that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or our supply chain.
1. Policy Statement
Tash Ferrell Coaching operates a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, child labour, bribery, and corruption. We are committed to acting ethically, lawfully, and with integrity in all of our business relationships.
2. Supply Chain Integrity
As a sole trader, our programmes are delivered personally by Tash Ferrell, and our supply chain currently consists of premium digital enterprise tools. Should we ever need to engage external contractors or specialists, we purchase responsibly and apply proportionate due diligence to confirm alignment with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and with the supplier conduct standards of the corporate clients we work with.
Where we engage a supplier or contractor, we expect them to maintain standards equivalent to those we commit to here, and to those set out in any client Supplier Code of Conduct that applies to the engagement.
3. Labour and Human Rights
We uphold the rights of workers and promote fair labour practices. We prohibit forced labour and child labour, and we prevent discrimination in all its forms. Where we engage anyone to support delivery, we will provide safe and healthy working conditions.
4. Remuneration
At present, all work is carried out personally by Tash Ferrell. If we engage personnel, specialists, or administrators to support the delivery of our programmes, they will be compensated fairly and transparently, at a rate that meets or exceeds the UK Living Wage and London Living Wage guidelines where applicable.
5. Business Ethics
We conduct our business in an ethical and transparent manner. We do not engage in bribery or corruption, and we expect the same standard of our suppliers and contractors. We consider the social and ethical implications of our procurement decisions.
6. Transparency and Review
This statement is reviewed and approved annually. It is published on our website and made available to clients and suppliers on request.
