How long we keep information:

We will retain your contact information for the duration of time we are working with you. If Natasha Ferrell is deceased during this time, before she is able to delete or destroy any records or contact information, your details will be confidentially destroyed. We retain for tax purposes your name and date of transactions related to our consulting but no specific details or content of any of our sessions or consultation documentation. Your payment information, such as card data is not recorded or saved on our systems and is processed and retained by our payment processor – Stripe or Square. For our personal tax return account, your name and amount paid to Tash Ferrell Coaching will be retained for 6 years in our book-keeping records. Beyond such time all information will be shredded and destroyed.
