What if I don't have time to commit to 1 hour, 3 times a month?
Honestly? The lawyers who are so slammed with work that they cannot imagine carving out an hour are usually the ones who need this partnership the most. If you are too busy to look up from your desk, you are actively building the "camouflage trap" where management keeps you exactly where you are because you are too useful to move.

What if at the end of 6 months I don't wish to continue working with you? Is that a problem?
Not at all. The 6-month timeline is a suggested ideal window to strategically orchestrate and anchor your promotion trajectory. There are no awkward lock-ins or high-pressure rollover pitches here. If you achieve your breakthrough, secure your footing, and feel ready to fly solo at the end of the 6 months, we celebrate and wrap up cleanly.
How confidential is this?
Ironclad. As a personal brand psychologist for elite legal professionals, I understand the delicate nature of internal firm politics. Our partnership remains entirely private. Your peers and bosses will notice a distinct elevation in your authority, but they will never identify what you are doing differently.
I will NEVER 'out' you on LinkedIn, 'celebrating you as my client' for the sole purpose of boosting my own brand and credibility. (We have all seen this done in humble-bragging posts on social media). This undermines the very nature of a professional coaching relationship.
Nobody will know you are working with me - unless you tell them.
What if you are currently working with the individual who recommended you to me?
Again, our coaching relationship is completely confidential. They will only be aware that you have followed their recommendation if you tell them yourself. Rest assured though, that you will have plenty of breakthroughs and people will notice your transformation - you won't need to tell them.
What if I'm considering a lateral move to a different firm?
